RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES POLICY:

How to place a return request?

Step 1: If you received a wrong or expired good(s), submit a request for a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Please raise a request through email or WhatsApp.
  • You can also use the chat option to submit a request to us.

Raise a return or replacement request for any damaged or missing items within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Step 2: Give us 2 working days to assess your return request.

Step 3: Upon approval of your return request, our courier partner will be sent to collect the goods delivered to you.

Step 4: In case our reverse pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you will need to ship the product via a reputable courier partner. The courier charges will be reimbursed in the original payment source.

Step 5: After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and begin the replacement or refund process accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.

Under what conditions can I return/ exchange my product?

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ altered product or manipulated packaging
  • Incomplete order – missing products

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests not be accepted?

  • Opened, used, or manipulated goods.
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
  • The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The damaged or missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

How are returns processed?

A pickup is scheduled for the product after you request to return it. Once we receive your return request, the product will be picked up by one of our courier partners in 5-7 business days. The quality control team will inspect the item after it is returned to our warehouse. Once the product passes quality control, a refund is initiated.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order. Kindly refuse the order after the delivery partner/courier has contacted you to ship the order OR Please call us at +91-8448796010 (Mon – Fri 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM), and we will help you cancel the order.

VR Health Science PVT. LTD. reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior confirmation from the customer and may review any order prior to dispatch to the customer, which may include verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

How do I get a refund for my canceled or returned product?

For prepaid orders, money will be refunded within 7 working days to the bank account/credit/debit card or from where the payment was made. For cash on delivery orders, customers must provide bank details where they wish to receive a refund.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can return any sealed/unopened product that is eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.
